Shipping policy
At Grit Garden, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard U.S. shipping (3–7 business days): Free on orders over $75 / Flat rate $5 under $75.
- Expedited U.S. shipping (2–3 business days): $12 flat rate.
- We currently ship within the United States only (international coming soon).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays & Shipping Issues
We’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or natural events beyond our control.
If your package appears lost or delayed, email us at support@gritgarden.com and we’ll help track it down.
Wrong Address or Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Pre-Orders / Custom Items
Any items marked as pre-order or custom may have longer processing times. Expected ship dates will be shown on the product page.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
