Cancellation policy

At Grit Garden, we work hard to fulfill orders quickly. Because of this, all purchase-option orders (including subscriptions, preorders, and payment-plan options) follow the policy below:

Cancellations Before Fulfillment

You may request to cancel your purchase option order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not begun processing or production. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Orders Already in Production or Shipped

Once an order has entered production, begun fulfillment, or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. This includes all made-to-order, preorder, and subscription items.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time.

Canceling a subscription does not cancel an order that has already processed or shipped.

Preorders

Preorders can only be canceled before they enter production. After production begins, all preorder sales are final.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, email us at support@gritgarden.com with your order number. We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
